From the first hello
You will have time to ask questions, try things yourself and understand the next steps before the appointment ends.
Share your postcode, which Mac you use and what you would like help with. A plain-English description is enough.
We will agree a suitable appointment. Every new client starts with an in-person meeting at home or work.
We will tackle the priorities, explain any changes and discuss whether a phone or remote follow-up would help.
At home or at work
Based in Chippenham, I arrange visits to Salisbury at your home or workplace. That means we can look at your Mac alongside the printer, Wi-Fi and other Apple devices you use every day.
For a family Mac, a freelance workspace or a small office, the aim is the same: get the essentials working and make them easier to manage.
Before you get in touch
No technical checklist to complete. Just tell me what you would like your Mac to do better.
Yes. Salisbury visits are arranged by appointment from my Chippenham base. Send your postcode and a short description of the help you need so I can confirm availability.
Every new client starts with an in-person meeting. Once we have met and I understand your setup, phone or remote follow-up may be suitable for some issues.
Yes. We can work through transferring files, setting up email and iCloud, connecting your printer and checking backups. There is also time to get familiar with anything that looks different.
That is welcome too. One-to-one guidance can focus on the things you want to do, from organising files and photos to using email or understanding how your Mac, iPhone and iPad work together.
